‍I-PRESS® & AUTOMATION 3 IN 1 MOBILE TRAINING CENTER
I-PRESS® automation has been growing in industry acceptance for over a decade.  We build and install them on all Sutherland & KC presses including, 1) mechanical presses, 2) servo hydraulic presses and 3) forge presses. The 3 in 1 mobile training center has all three versions of the control which can be selected on the entry screen. I-PRESS® is by far and away the most intuitive and easy to learn press and automation control available today. We extend an open invitation to come play and learn I-PRESS® at the Fabtech show.
I-PRESS® is now available for press upgrades and retrofits. With our cost efficient and vertically integrated panel build and install shops we can reduce cost for the end user. The system is software based, not firmware on chips. This allows us to provide what we call “feature sets” that other control companies call options. Feature sets can be turned on as needed when you choose to add features, such as quick die change, bar code scanners for job set up, auto slide adjust, auto air counterbalance and many more.
